Why
was my Credit Card Declined?

of the time, Credit cards are declined because the address on your
account does not match the address on file with your credit card
company. Please double check your address before you try again.
If you are certain that your address is correct, then your credit
card company may not support Address Verification which will result
in a decline on our site. This is especially common with International
Credit Cards. Identity theft is very common with ecommerce, so we
must protect our selves and our customers by requiring this information.
We suggest either setting up an International PayPal account or
sending an international Postal Money Order to us. Just select -money
order- as your payment option during checkout.
You
charged me Multiple Times!
If
you made repeated charge attempts on our site and got declined each
time (for any reason), then your bank may choose to hold
the amount of the charges for 24 hours or more. We have no control
over this and it is in no way related to us. This is what some banks
do as part of their security policy and can happen on our site as
easily as any other site where your charge is declined. Please contact
your financial institution about this sort of situation as there
is very little we can do. Also keep in mind: some phone reps may tell you that we have your money or that you need to call us or have us call them, etc. THIS IS NOT TRUE - ask to be transferred to a manager who understands their system.
What
will be the Shipping Price for my order?
Shipping for orders at Rockstar Industries is based
on the weight of the items being shipped. We do our best to only charge the
actual shipping amount for each order.
To
determine what shipping will be for an order, just add the item(s)
you are interested in to your shopping cart and "checkout".
If you are asked to log in (or sign up for an account), please do
so. This will enable us to calculate your shipping based on your
address anywhere in the world. After you have signed in (or created
an account) you may continue the checkout procedure. You will be
shown the shipping amount before you are asked for payment information.
We ship all packages via UPS or the U.S.Postal Service. Remember,
UPS will -not- ship to a PO Box address. If you require delivery
to a PO Box, then you will need to select U.S.Postal as your carrier.
Do
you Wholesale?
NO, we do not do wholesale. However, we do have bulk
and/or discounted items listed on the website at reduced prices
(sometimes even below wholesale).
Can
I pay with Money Order or Cash?
YES.
We accept Money orders as payment. Just place your order like normal
on the website and click checkout when you're done. During
the checkout procedure, you will be given the option to pay with
a credit card, PayPal, or Money Order. Select Money Order and follow
the instructions at the bottom of the next page. Basically, they
just say to mail a money order with your order # written on it to
our address.
We
do not suggest sending cash through the mail. We are not responsible
for any cash lost in the mail en route to us. You can get a money
order at your Post Office or at most convenience stores. You can
also get a cashiers check at any bank.

you get my order? I paid with Pay Pal.
Most likely YES.
If you want to be sure, then here's how to find out if your order
was received correctly:

If you are not already logged in to your account, then LOG
IN now. (do NOT create a new account) .

Check your ORDER
HISTORY to see if your most recent order is there. If it isn't
then go to step #3

Check your cart
to see if it's still full. If it's empty and you paid with a credit
card, go to step #4. If your stuff IS still in the cart and you
used PayPal to pay for the order, then you messed up during checkout
by closing the last window instead of clicking "continue".
Just check out again, but this time use "money order"
as your payment option to avoid a double-payment. After you've completed
your order, send us an email (include your order #) so we'll know
to process your order immediately. If you don't alert us to your
order's presence, our system automatically waits for a payment and
eventually deletes your order details once a few weeks have passed.

Check your Credit Card account and see if a payment was successful.
If you see that we were sent a payment, but no orders appear in
your history, contact us. Keep in mind that you may have a accidentally
created a second account under a different email address (this is
fairly common), so make sure you're using the correct email address
as your log in.
Where
did [product
name] go? Did you stop selling it?
Once we sell
the last piece of an item from inventory, it is automatically removed
from the web site to prevent anyone else from accidentally buying
it. Dont worry... it will be listed again once it is back in stock.
Just check the site from time to time and be patient. Sometimes
we will re-list these items (once we have a shipment date) so that customers can pre-order them and
be the first in line. There will be a note in red text on the product description
page if it is out of stock.
What's your phone number?
We're a small company so please email "info@rockstarretail.com" with any questions
you might have. We answer emails very quickly (usually within 12-24 hours). If you require a a person-to-person discussion, you can email your phone number to us and we will call you back. Please state the best time to call as well as your timezone. Remember, we're on the West coast, so we can only call between 10am and 5pm M-F.
